I can understand how hard it is to say goodbye to your favourite foods and don’t worry that is the reason I come up with these 19 best weight loss foods which you can have without sacrificing your taste.
This list is completely based on my personal 5 years of dieting experience and you may see my unhealthy to fit journey(93KG to 68KG).
Whole Eggs
I assume you have instructed to eat egg white instead of whole eggs and that is what exactly I was doing when I started dieting.
Later I replaced, started eating whole eggs and as a whole boiled egg contains 12 grams of protein, 10gm of healthy fat and some other dietary fiber like calcium, iron, and magnesium.
If you have high cholesterol level or suffering from type-2 diabatic then try to eat egg whites(after consulting to a doctor) or you should avoid eating eggs.
Green vegetables
You recognised them as green vegetables or green herbs and here are some list spinach(palak), moringa leaf(Saijan Saag), mustard leaf(Sarson), fenugreek leaf(methi) and many more other.
It does not matter where you live, you can find these vegetables almost everywhere and adding these weight loss foods into your diet going to benefit for your health and fitness.
Pumpkin
Why it is best for your diet because 100gm of cooked pumpkin contains 0g of saturated fat, 0g of polyunsaturated fat, 0gm of monounsaturated fat and includes only 20calories.
I’m an Indian and this is one of my favourite vegetables, normally I prefer eating with roti. It is easily available at your nearest vendor and is the best diet option for weight loss.
